One year ago Kang Ho Dong announced his retirement due to his tax invasion scandal, but now Ho Dong is returning to the spotlight.

SBS is planning to welcome him back with a bang, a representative of SBS said, “Kang Ho Dong will be back around the middle of October and he is first returning as a host of SBS’s ‘Star King’.” They are also planning on creating a new variaty show for the comedian.

The exact date for the comeback hasn’t been released, but it has been said that the format of ‘Star King‘ will be rearranged for Kang Ho Dong’s comeback.

This is great news, I can’t wait to see him back! He is a great MC, what do you think?

I can’t help but think sad for Boom.  He had recently been promoted to main MC with Leetuku but with Teukie going to the army and KHD coming back, he may not be main MC anymore.  But I’m happy that Kang Ho Dong is coming back!

I don’t watch Star King all the much so I didn’t even know he was gone, haha. But I’m glad he’s back because I can’t picture anyone else doing it smile
