Psy has bounced all the way up to the No. 2 spot on Billboard’s Hot 100 with “Gangnam Style“! Only one spot away from the top…and a shirtless dancing Psy…

On September 26th, Billboard revealed this week’s Hot 100 with Maroon 5 at the top and Psy’s “Gangnam Style” following closely behind in 2nd! Last week “Gangnam Style” was in the No. 11 spot and before that debuted at No. 64!

We’re only 1 spot away from seeing whether or not Psy will keep his promise, which he made on September 25th at his press conference: If he claims the No. 1 spot on Billboard’s Hot 100, he’ll perform “Gangnam Style” shirtless in a very public location in Seoul!

Think he can do it?! Will Psy make it to No. 1?!
