After wrapping up his U.S. promotions, Psy returned to Korea to hold a press conference in Seoul on September 25th. At the conference, he made a promise to his fans that if “Gangnam Style” topped Billboard’s “Hot 100″ chart, he would dance to the song shirtless!
He told the press, “I’m honestly anticipating it a bit. When I first got to 64th, I just laughed, cried and was happy. But now, I keep thinking ‘maybe it really will happen?’ so I can’t make a light promise.”
So he made a promise, “If I reach #1 on Billboard, I don’t know where, but I will set up a stage where a large number of people can see. I’ll take my shirt off and sing ‘Gangnam Style’.”
As for the site of this stunt, he said, “I would pick a place, preferably in front of Seoul City Hall.”
“Gangnam Style” is currently 11th on the “Top 100″ chart. Do you think we’ll see Psy dancing shirtless in front of Seoul City Hall?!
