On behalf of T-ara’s Eunjung, Core Contents Media has filed a lawsuit against the producers of SBS drama ‘Five Fingers‘.

On September 27, for breach of contract Core Contents Media filed a 140 million won ( $125,000 USD) lawsuit. Eunjung was cast as the main lead for the drama and even attended the press conference for the drama, but without prior notification was dropped from the drama because of the T-ara controversy.

Core Contents Media stated about the matter, “Eunjung was emotionally hurt [after she was informed she was being dropped from the show], and we’ve decided to file the suit in order to regain her reputation.”

It must have been really hard to be suddenly dropped, even more because she attended the press conference. What do you think?

I hope CCM know what they’re doing ._.

With so much bad publicity producers had no choice but to let her go. They also gave her time to leave and told CCM/CEO of the situation, who refuse to acknowledged there was a problem. The one who cause that problem was KKS in the first place, Eunjung was caught in the middle. As far emotional distress is not the issue as CCM/CEO states, but the breach of contract.

Producers told CCM/CEO of the situation, who refuse to acknowledged there was a problem. Eunjung wasn’t inform because CCM/CEO refuse to accept that Eunjung would be fired. Consequent of being a HARD HEAD, you don’t get it!!!

Eunjung should also sue KKS for causing emotional distress!!!

I also think they`re doing too much by suing. I hope everything gets settled

Suing is a bit too much. :\

I think they should have at least mentioned it before dropping her. But I don’t think it’s right to file a lawsuit. :/

Oh boy. I do believe it was a bit unfair on her part, but what do I know?

I don’t think being dropped from a show is worth a law suit… .-.
And but I thought that she was dropped but “not” because of the T-Ara scandal? O_O

hope this get sorted out quick :/

I’m on CCM’s side on this one. They should’ve at least notified Eunjung before the conference -_-

it is really unfair for her to be dropped from the drama...it just creates more controversy

Sometimes with this controversy I don’t know what to think.  The producers of this drama is being sued twice for the same reason.  Maybe the producers really did drop Eunjung because of the controversy.
