Lee Seung Gi participated in the “2012 World Hunger Relief Campaign” at a Pizza Hut location in Seoul. The singer reveals that he will support the campaign through events for a full month.

Working with Pizza Hut Korea’s CEO Lee Seung Il, and Im Hyung Joon from United Nations World Food Program, Seung Gi appeared at the opening ceremony on the 26th. He revealed that after the ceremony, he will be doing charity autograph sessions, clothes donations, and advertisements for charity organizations for a full month. His efforts will go towards spreading news and interest of world hunger.

He shared, “I’m happy to be participating in an event that’s meant to help starving children. Through this campaign, I’m going to lead by example so many people can begin sharing / donating in their everyday lives.” Seung Gi has been Pizza Hut’s endorsement model for 3 years.

In addition, Pizza Hut Korea will begin to offer items from their “WHR Menu,” in which all the profits gained will go to charity for world hunger relief.
