2PM’s Wooyoung and KARA’s Goo Hara Named Miss & Mr. Idol Korea

Recently, 16 idol groups gathered together to participate in MBC’s “Miss & Mr Idol Korea Contest“, and KARA’s Goo Hara and 2PM’s Wooyoung were crowned as the winners!

For the competition, 8 female groups including KARA, 4minute, Secret, Orange Caramel, and A Pink participated in the show along with 8 male groups, which included groups such as 2PM, MBLAQ, FT ISLAND, ZE:A.

In the end, 2PM’s Wooyoung was crowned “Mister Idol Korea” over MBLAQ’s Lee Joon and Teen Top’s Niel and KARA’s Goo Hara took the crown with KARA’s Nicole and A Pink’s Eunji as runner-ups.

Upon accepting the crown, Wooyoung commented, “I would like to share this glory with the members of 2PM” and Hara expressed her delight by saying, “I was happy that I was even registered as a candidate, but now I am delighted because I actually was chosen as the queen!”
