Well…Psy may not have claimed the No. 1 spot on Billboard’s Hot 100 Chart, but he has plenty to celebrate with the success of “Gangnam Style“. So he performed “Gangnam Style” shirtless in Seoul Plaza anyway!

The free concert that was held on October 4th at 10PM KST in front of Seoul City Hall gathered more than 70,000 people and was streamed live on YouTube through Psy’s Official YouTube channel. However, international fans were not able to see him perform the song shirtless because he did not take off his shirt until the live stream went off-air and he did a short encore performance of “Gangnam Style”.
