miss A is back in action and they’re kicking things off with the release of their latest mini-album “Independent Women Pt. III” and the MV for their title track “I Don’t Need A Man“.

“I Don’t Need A Man” is a song composed and written by J.Y. Park about a young women who don’t need men to survive. In addition to the title track, the mini-album includes 4 other songs including “Madness” which features 2PM’s Taecyeon.

my fave is time’s up. it’s more like their usual songs. but i still like the whole album. unnis hwaiting! i’m also really happy they gave jia more singing parts smile

I Don’t Need A Man is alright. I’m kind of disappointed in If I Were A Boy though. I think they set themselves up for that one—how could you release a song with the same name of a super huge hit song by Beyonce?!

And the Independent Women Pt. III when I first saw the title, I immediately thought of Destiny’s Child’s songs Independent Women and Independent Women Pt. II. Then I saw If I Were A Boy....I think Beyonce is a major influence for this album. lol
