Kara’s Hara describes the hard life of a celebrity

While idols have lots of fame and money, all of them work extremely hard everyday to earn it, little by little. On the latest episode of KBS’ ‘Star Interview’, Goo Hara talks about the maknae of the group, Jiyoung.

Jiyoung joined Kara when she was only 15, being put under lots of pressure at a very early age. Hara thought that at 15, Jiyoung should’ve had a regular teenage life, but she decided to start her career early.

She mentioned, “Even when you’re having a hard time, you can’t express it and have to force yourself to like it. And I also debuted when I was 18 years old and went through a lot of hate comments. But Jiyoung had to experience that at an even earlier age. So whenever I see Jiyoung, I just feel sorry for her and I’m also thankful that she came this far.”

After five wholly years since their debut, Kara has gone far and will continue to blow away the industry with their music.
