KARA’s Nicole has a body that any girl may be envious of, but it doesn’t come without a price. Her extreme diet regimen has been attracting a lot of attention lately.
On October 24th’s broadcast of KBS‘ Star Interview, Nicole reveals her diet, which consists of tofu, zucchini, cauliflower, carrots, as well as other fat-free foods and vegetables.
Nicole takes the extra step to bake her vegetables instead of frying them, keeping them as oil free as can be. She sometimes replace the tofu with chicken breast or salmon.
To keep a toned figure, she designed an exercise routine for herself. On the show, she reveals a part of her pilates exercise.
Upon seeing this, netizens commented, “This is shocking. Nicole can even gain some weight…“, “She eats that much and still performs? That’s sad“, “and “Nicole’s diet regimen is definitely healthy. But it doesn’t seem very tasty!”
I’ve always felt that idols can keep a slim body without any special diet at all, since their job includes rigorous dance routines, extended traveling periods, and so little sleep. It’s shocking to me that Nicole needs to do so much to maintain a figure she wants. What do you think of her diet?

Oh my goodness. She needs to eat more protein! Goodness, there is a limit to your body about being skinny. :/
That exercise she is doing looks crazy and intense.
I don’t understand why she had to go on a diet and/or lose weight. She looked great before :/

Wow, that really doesn’t sound too tasty. I’ve never been a fan of diets. Just eat right and exercise is what I do.

e.e I can’t last like that. LOL. It may be healthy, but certainly not tasty! >.< And that trunk lift (I think?) is incredible! O.O

I don’t think her diet is that much cause for concern. It’s incredibly healthy, just not tasty. But I’m sure she munchs on some snacks in between rides to keep her sugar levels up. So I’m not that worried.
I have nothing against Nicole or Hara, but I think the best bodies of Kpop go to Sistar and Secret. Those are bodies I’m envious of because they have curves. I think Nicole is super pretty, but way too delicate.

i think its pretty good when you’re a celebrity you have to keep a good healthy body. since fried foods + lack of sleep can cause a lot of problems. her choice of food is pretty good, but for me i cannot just eat tofu and some veggies for a meal, its definitely not a regime for a normal person without this career.
That’s just too much, she’s super skinny already, how can she survive like that?
