On October 24th’s broadcast of KBS‘ Star Interview, Nicole reveals her diet, which consists of tofu, zucchini, cauliflower, carrots, as well as other fat-free foods and vegetables.
Nicole takes the extra step to bake her vegetables instead of frying them, keeping them as oil free as can be. She sometimes replace the tofu with chicken breast or salmon.
To keep a toned figure, she designed an exercise routine for herself. On the show, she reveals a part of her pilates exercise.
Upon seeing this, netizens commented, “This is shocking. Nicole can even gain some weight…“, “She eats that much and still performs? That’s sad“, “and “Nicole’s diet regimen is definitely healthy. But it doesn’t seem very tasty!”
I’ve always felt that idols can keep a slim body without any special diet at all, since their job includes rigorous dance routines, extended traveling periods, and so little sleep. It’s shocking to me that Nicole needs to do so much to maintain a figure she wants. What do you think of her diet?
