NU’EST recently held their showcase in Singapore, where not only Singaporean fans appeared to support them, but fans from surrounding countries as well. Due to the vast amounts of people they attracted, they ended up being deplaned and questioned by police!

The showcase was held on the 28th. After the event, NU’EST members were scheduled to board a plane to return to Korea. At the airport, numerous fans gathered and clogged up the location, which was not designed to hold so many people.

Due to the chaotic situation, police appeared and took JR, Minhyun, and Aron away to the nearest police station for questioning. It is unclear of why the police decided to deplane the members and what was asked during the questioning. As a result they were forced to miss their flight, but nonetheless returned to Korea safe and sound afterwards.

In Korea, they exclaimed, “Thank you for worrying about us.”

It’s a bit unusual to turn the situation into something so serious. It’s clear why there were so many people gathered at the airport, they are public figures. I don’t understand why the Singaporean police handled it this way, what do you think about this?

I was reading some other sights. Man if the got detained that would have been new’s for sure. I am glad they didn’t however we all know thought if that would have happened Pledis would have found out who did it and probably sued them.

Because making a false report like that is pretty much damaging Nu’est’s Image when they didn’t do anything. so whether the fan meant no harm or not. it still harmed the band even if it’s minor. I have to say what ever fan did that i am so not impressed. Like i get you didn’t get to see and you traveled from far away but how selfish can you be. If that would have turned into something worse. Nu’est’s image would have been hurt. They just debuted to having your image hurt so soon can be hard on a career. If that would have turned out bad Nu’est might not have bounced back. I am glad it didn’t but i am disappointed in that Fan and i hope they found out who it was he/she was punished for what did. I don’t want lovely Ren to be hurt or any of the other members images hurt because a fan is crazy enough to just get them in trouble for no reason. you should be ashamed of yourself who ever you for doing that to your favorite band


What. I would think that if something happened like this where there are numerous amount of people in the airport, they would try to control the area. Not questioning people.

This is so wrong… Yeah. I’ve heard how the fans just reported false reports to prolong their stay in Singapore. Smh.

The policemen probably just questioned how they were so good looking & how they got mobs after them. ;DDD


from what i have read on other news, some fans called the police and reported the members about some criminal act or smth just to delay them on going back to korea. i don’t know how true that is, but if that was really the case, those fans are insane :/


there have been incidents where fans have actually been trampled and killed in mobs like these! i dont think any of that happened in this incident, so i have no idea why the police would take NU’EST to a police station like that… :/

It’s not like they were criminals.  Singaporean police get your act together.  I hope someone contacts the Singaporean leader and ask him/her why was Nu’est questioned when they were only going to see fans?!  Having them questioned is just preposterous!
