I guess Christmas is an apropo time to talk about rewards and prizes. It’s been about a year since we first launched the Ningin Reward Center. It’s been awhile since we concluded Stage 1 of Mixr Legions so let’s do a quick recap. Team Super SM Boys narrowly edged out Team Island of Infinite Boyfriend Kisses in the final moments of what was a back and forth match. The final score was 2000 to 1985. Team Super SM Boys will see 12 members from their team advance while only 9 from Team Island of Infinite Boyfriend Kisses will move on. Over 100 people signed up, only 21 remains. The advancing players were chosen based on number of Legion Points and EXP earned in Stage 1 as well as their total overall activity during the past the competition. Now we’ll be breaking into teams of three with the winning team - and most dedicated Kpop fans - will earn an album that they chose during signup. We’ll be starting Stage 2 at 12am EST tonight. It seems that random issues keep cropping up this week. For the past 24 hours, the Ningin Blog page would randomly give server errors or blank pages. This issue was confined to the Ningin Blog and Ningin Blog commenting system. It did not affect other areas of Ningin or other Mixr sites. The problem stemmed from two of our older webservers that no longer wanted to function normally. We’ve since replaced one and we’re in the process of adding more. Our hosting company made some updates to their network this morning which brought about some glitches to our network. It took awhile for us to figure out what was going since we weren’t told in advance what the changes were. In any case, we apologize for the intermittent downtime this morning.
