You know you are getting old when you don’t know the artists that giant soft drink brand Pepsi sign to endorse their products. I used to follow these Pepsi celebrity endorsers like crazy. Remember Faye Wong, Aaron Kwok, Jay Chou, Jolin Tsai and Louis Koo? They were once enslaved by Pepsi to tout its flagship soda brand like their lives depend on it. The company had also used boy bands like F4 to do the same thing in the past. Wonder how these sissy pants managed to lift up a can of Pepsi when they shot the commercials and not break their nicely manicured nails. They looked oh so fragile!

Taiwanese Mandopop singer Jolin Tsai has been serving as the whack off material for Chinese geeks around the world since the release of her album Dancing Diva in 2006. Bitch appears to be serving this purpose again through her new album Flower Butterfly that was released just two weeks ago. Cpop boy band Energy will be opening up for Jolin.
Event organizers and promoters are Star Image located in Fremont, California. They’re mission is to bridge Chinese and American entertainers, performers, and cultures. They’ve put together some great shows in California the past few years to promote Cpop with artists such as Coco Lee, Alex Tu and Wang Lee Hom. (A lot of people think Wang Lee Hom is my look-a-like. I always insist he got the talent, but I got the looks.) We’re looking forward to more events from Star Image! More »
