T-ara and TVXQ have both been awarded the “Top Pop Artist” award at Billboard Japan Music Awards 2011 which was held on March 3rd. 2011 was a magnificent year for both groups, what with TVXQ’s release of their album “Tone” and T-ara’s Japanese debut with “Bo Peep Bo Peep“.
