Today’s video-of-the-day features Matenrou Opera with “Otoshinana no Soko wa Konna Sekai” (The Bottom of the Trap such World). I really enjoy listening to this band, ever since I first heard of them. I’m particularly fond of the way they seem to flawlessly mesh the operatic sound with modern electronics and pure rock. This song has a pretty epic feel to it in the way that the tone rises and falls, and the PV has a bit of creepiness in it as the band is performing in underground, cave-like areas. More »
