On January 19th’s episode of SBS E’s TV Cultwo Show, T-ara revealed their sleeping schedule.They are busy with promotions and various activities and said, “We sleep at most two and a half hours when we are really busy. Sometimes we don’t even get to sleep, so we just wash and leave the house.” They were asked about how they take care of their skin despite their lack of sleep and replied, “We cover our skin by putting on makeup.” People replied, “I think they are really tired. Don’t they have to take vitalizing medicine?” “I’m worried about their health.” “Humans need to get enough sleep. Take care of T-ara.” I feel really bad for them. As much as I love their activities, two and a half hours to no sleep is unhealthy. I really hope they get more time to sleep and rest. More »
